• Artist Statement and resume in Microsoft Word format (.doc)
• Contact information (include email and mailing address, telephone number and website)
• Digital images of your work in .jpeg file format accompanied by the title, medium, dimensions, date, retail price and dates when the work is available
• Participation goals and artist intentions (ie. holding works on consignment, proposal for duo or solo show, group exhibition opportunities, etc.)
• Any equipment needed
• Self Addressed Stamped Envelope if you are sending slides or CDs and wish to have them returned to you. Otherwise your submissions will not be returned.

How we can help you:

• Sell your work, market it, pass on your name to potential clients, have you participate in our solo and group shows in a visible location, build your resume and promote you through our website
• Delivery of art, in most cases, is the artist's responsibility
• After hours we project images, viewable from the street, by our artists onto a screen by the window to further publicize and promote their works and the gallery.

About the Gallery:

• The gallery has 75 feet of wall space to display your work, a large street-level window display and a private garden in the rear to display sculptural installations.
• Downtown Lancaster is an artsy community with 60,000 residents.
• Over 50 establishments participate in Art Walk First Friday, the first Friday of every month, which consistently draws more than one thousand art enthusiasts.
• Our location on Prince Street is on Gallery Row, a prime art spot.
• We are a couple doors down from Pennsylvania College of Art & Design
